Our Process
We have a proven process to tackle any type of projects from small artistic wallcovering solutions using prized materials like silk to biggest hotels in Europe.
Step 1
Consultation phase
We take the time to understand our Client's needs: we begin by discussing your vision, preferences, and requirements. We consider factors like aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
We evaluate the space: we visit the site to assess the wall surfaces, lighting conditions, and existing décor.
We guide you through the material selection: based on Your preferences and the space we recommend suitable wallcovering materials (e.g., wallpaper, fabric, vinyl or even special applications like antibacterial wallcoverings).
We provide Samples: we show you material samples to help you visualize the options.
Step 2
Quoting Phase
Measurements: we accurately measure the dimensions of the walls where the wallcoverings will be installed or guide you trough the process to gain speed.
Material quantities: we calculate the required amount of wallcovering material based on the measurements.
Labor estimate: we estimate the labor budget for the installation by taking into account the time needed by our artisans to perform a high quality installation.
Site photos: for larger projects we will do a site inspection to gather more detailed information (including access to unload equipment and materials).
Delivery of final quote: after assessing the all the information gathered we provide our final quote within 3 business days and we surprise you with our great value for money proposition.
Step 3
Selling phase
If you rely on us to purchase the materials for you we will
Present options: we work with the most reliable suppliers to collect information on material choices, patterns, designs, pricing and delivery times and we share with you the best options.
Discuss benefits: we explain the benefits of each material (e.g., durability, ease of maintenance, aesthetics).
Address concerns: we address any questions or concerns the You may have.
Finalize selection: Once the You decide we finalize the material selection and we place the order with the suppliers.
Final delivery: we take care of transportation, import and delivery to the final location.
Step 4
Installation phase
Installation: our team of expert artisans will install the wallcovering solutions within the agreed deadlines. Don't blink as we might finish faster that you expected.
Quality inspection: after the installation is performed we perform a quality check and we address any imperfections, if any.
